This blog will contain up-to-date information about... well anything, really! General musings, topical news commentaries, abusive rants, cool meme junk, hardcore anime bondage, what-have-you.
Not only that, but it provides a great forum for you (that's you!) to provide your feedback and opinions on what we publish. This makes it a lot easier for us to pretend to be professional and corporatey. Win!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on the latest Semper. You have finally gotten rid of all the bogan, anti-intellectual, sexist right-wing crap that has been spewing out of Semper since Fresh took over. I am relieved to find moderate articles by both men and women, on subjects ranging from intellectual debates about internet civil liberties and gender relations on the dance floor, funny bits and sections on music and the arts. I feel like you have finally captured the content I want to see that emphasises the things common to all students.
If only Fresh would tone down the rampant commercialism and have a little more social justice perspective when it comes to the needs of students in minority and disabled groups, including returning funding to the SSS and Enviro/Women/Queer collectives, and bringing back the recognition of traditional owners in the front of Semper, I might actually vote for them next time.
